• Lesson rates and schedules are negotiated directly between students and teachers.
• TeachMe is not responsible for the quality or outcome of lessons.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

• Users must treat others with respect and professionalism.
• Harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior is strictly prohibited.
• Spamming, fraud, or deceptive practices will result in immediate ban.
• Users must not share teacher contact details without permission.
• Users must not solicit or promote competing services.

• All content on TeachMe is owned by TeachMe or its licensors.
• Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without permission.
• User-generated content (reviews, profiles) remains the property of the user.
• TeachMe has the right to use user content for promotional purposes.

• TeachMe is a platform that connects students and teachers.
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or reliability of any teacher.
• Users interact at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety.
• TeachMe is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from use of the platform.
• The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties.

• TeachMe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time.
• Users may delete their accounts at any time by contacting support.
• Upon termination, users lose access to their accounts and data.
• Teachers who are terminated will not be eligible for re-application.

• TeachMe may update these terms at any time.
• Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
• Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
